Mandarin Orange Salad
Ingredient List :
1/4 cup sliced almonds
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 head iceberg lettuce
1/2 bunch romaine lettuce
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 small purple onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
1 large can mandarin oranges, drained
4 tablespoons Reduced calorie Sweet-sour dressing

Directions :
Cook almonds and sugar over low heat, stirring constantly until sugar is melted and almonds are glazed. Cool. Break apart and set aside. Combine lettuce, celery, onions and dressing in zipper type large bag. Shake mixture in bag until coated. Place on salad plates, top with oranges and nuts.
