Baked Fish Fillet with Shrimp
Ingredient List :
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Dash of salt
1 cup milk
2 lbs snapper fillets (can also use Grouper or catfish)
_ lb cooked shrimp (peeled and deveined)
_ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

Directions :
Preheat oven to 325°F. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Slowly stir in flour, salt, and milk. Stir constantly until sauce becomes thick. Coat a 9x13" pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place snapper in pan and cover with shrimp. Cover the shrimp with the white sauce from the pan and then sprinkle with cheese. Bake for about 20 minutes uncovered.
