Italian Baked Fish
Ingredient List :
1 pound fresh fish fillets (cod, haddock or other white fish)
1/4 cup Italian salad dressing (one using olive oil would be best)
1/4 cup crushed cornflakes

Directions :
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Wash and pat fish dry. With a pastry brush, lightly coat fish with salad dressing on both sides, then press in crushed cornflakes. Place on foil-lined baking sheet that has been lightly coated with Italian salad dressing. Bake 4-5 min. per each half inch thickness of fish or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
